If possible, please bring your current medications and a diary of your symptoms. These items are helpful for the consultation but are not essential for your appointment.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full consultation fee. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may also result in the full consultation fee being charged.
